Your documents

The text extractor processes selected files in your browser. The application does not upload your documents or extracted text to our server or an AI provider.

OCR software and language data may be downloaded from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers receive normal connection information, such as your IP address, but not your document through this tool. Your browser may cache the downloaded software and language files.

Contact messages

If you submit the contact form, your message and optional email address are sent to the project mailbox using Google's email service. We use them to read your feedback and, when requested, reply.

The application does not maintain a separate message database. Messages remain in the project mailbox until deleted. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive files.

Basic operation

This welcome site has no added analytics or advertising trackers. The server processes connection information to serve the site and temporarily uses IP addresses to limit contact-form spam. Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational and security logs.

Linked tools

Chat and Usage & activity are separate applications. Their storage and processing behavior is not covered by the document extractor's on-device processing statement.
